Additional Features
Ticketing
The ESIO Community Calendar offers organizers a way to collect and manage RSVPs for their events at no cost. RSVP management includes attendees reports (online, export, or print) and check-in options (through the site or with a QR Scanner).
At this time, the Community Calendar can only manage free events, but we will be exploring the ability to add a paid ticketing feature in the future.
Submission Review
Exceptions to the above criteria may be allowed at the discretion of the ESIO. All new submissions or changes to existing ones will be subject to review and approval by the ESIO to ensure that they meet the intent and criteria for inclusion on the calendar.
The calendar will be updated only as listings are submitted by organizers (the ESIO will not post events on behalf of an organizer). Please do not assume events or opportunities will be posted because it is annual or well-known.
