2025 Trailhead and Summit Push Program Participants

Edmonton Screen is proud to announce the selection of the participants for this year’s Trailhead Program and the Summit Push Program.

The Trailhead Program was developed in partnership with the University of Alberta’s Computer Game Certificate program. The participant teams are: 

• Area 42 Games
• No Pressure Games
• CTRL + Z Studios
• Overdrive Studio

The Summit Push Program was open to local indie studios with games under development and ready to demo. The participant studios are: 

• COG Studios
• Thirtythree Games
• We Need Weevils Interactive
• Void Cup Games

For the next several weeks, both groups will be working together through a number of workshops all leading to our #YEGINDIES showcase at Game Con Canada in June. The Summit Push Program participants then carry on over the summer, culminating in our delegation to gamescom in Cologne, Germany in August.
